Okay, my Girlfriend and I started talking today about Renting a place together.. We were thinking of February to May 2010, by this time we would both be 19.

I would be in Uni doing a 3 year course which starts Sept 09, and my Girlfriend would have left Sixth Form (She isn't going to Uni) and plans to get a job. There's no reason why she couldn't get a full time job as soon as she wanted earning 10k+ a year. I would probably be able to get a part time job aswell as doing my Degree, and we could be on a combined income of £1000 minimum a month. By the time it comes to February to May next year, we would both have saved enough money to fall back on..

We've been looking online today trying to work out how much it would cost, with not much luck. We found a place which is a short Bus Ride from my Uni, and I'm sure, a short Bus Ride from a decent job that my Girlfriend could get, for £600 per month, fully furnished -Won't bore you with the details, but it is ideal- Obviously this doesn't include Bills, and I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me any advice, and also how much they think it would cost to live, including rent for 2 people.. (Food, phone, water, gas, electricty ect..)

I basically just want a list, of absolutly everything, and how much it would cost, per month...

Any advice, good or bad would be appreciated :y:

Thanks alot.

best to get part furnished mate, youll be paying out more for furnished when it would be cheaper to buy your own cheap furniture.

me and my flatmate are £200 each a month for 3 bedrooms, 2 ensuite, living room, kitchen. normally £70 each every 3 months for electric (no gas in flat)

food, normally £20 a week does me a good shop. budget if need be. £16 each a month for fone and bb

Yeah, would obviously need to check the place out to know what exactly there is, and what there isn't.. But could be a good idea, thanks :y:
