NO
you would blind everyone and if the police saw you, you would probably get a nice fine.

Car doesn't meet the MOT requirements anymore.
If caught you'd have to get a new MOT done.

happened to me, got seen by police while i was parked up and they gave me a vehicle defect rectification form, which gave me 7 days to get a new light and get a garage to sign the form saying i had got the new light.

Basically illegal but you can get away with it once if you say its just happened. Then get a repair notice and do it within 7 days.
