its just anoying as i just got a years mot on it AND serviced it! :wall: iv got it infront of the garage door half stripped at the moment and im scooting around in my mums golf, i cant get a headset or valves anywhere until i go into work tomora, il get staff discount so it shouldnt be to pricey around the £50 for the headset, blots, valve, timing belt........ just gotta get the time to do it all and plus its dark dont help at all! it was named urvie as the plate is URV but its now changed to the bitch because of the way it barks with the valve lol. sounds like a scooby turbo.

it was bless it when it started barking like a bitch coz i was 50 miles away and drove it home like it, it wasnt happy but hey................ soon to be fixed hopefully. dont supose anyone know what the proper compression shoud be on each cylinder? cylinder 1 is 1000 on the gauge and 2 is 400 so im guessing 1000 is the compression for a vtr???

That is pretty bad luck, at least it passed MOT though.
