il be fitting my system in today and maybe gonnna get some sound deadening stuff (Dynamat) just wondering where you really do need to put the stuff instead of just putting it anywhere
And how much of it should i need to cover the boot and doorcards ?

cover whole doors, everything under the plastic.
cover the inner side of arches (i hear water through that parts), and cover the boot floor

If you aint got the money to cover the whole thing, which is a lot of deadening, then buy a few peice. Cut them into long strips & place them around the whole thing, leaving small gaps between them, that sound work just as well but save you on a few notes!!!

after sound-deadening my doors, i could feel loads of difference, so i would recommend this step to everyone smileys/smiley20.gif

CARPTET UNDER LAY WORKS WELL GOOD FOR SOUND DEADENING JUST SO U NO, ME AN MY MATE BOTH DID OURS WITH IT AND HES RUNNING 2 KICKER L7'S AN NO VIBRATIN

i think you call it brown-bread in uk...
anyway, it's used in constructing houses and roofs...
i used this in my boot and it's perfekt.
cheap and does the trick
