does any1 have or had an x box that has been taken back ova and ova again, then once ur warrenty has run out it it works for few months then decides to break.

My mates broke a few months ago, he sent his away and was sent a brand new 360, he input the serial on the xbox website and it told him the manufacturer date or something.

Just asked him on MSN, Sorry, it wasn't on the website, it was on the back of the console, it should say 'MFR date' (manufacture date).

got an xbox elite it hasent broke on me yet but does say on hand book that they should now give you a new consol if it goes......

The PS3 still have their own problems though, admittedly it only being the original 60gb and 80gb that do. I have an original 60gb PS3 since release and it still goes strong :D

My 360 died on me when i had it, got it fixed under warranty and never had a problem again, until i sold it with everything and regretted it when Gears 2 came out!
