i recommened changing your shocks (dampers) to uprated ones when you lower the car and yes i meant 60 at the front 90 at the back

don't have it so it looks lower at the back, alway reminds me of a dog squatting down to turf one out!

That is 60/90 (60 front and 90 rear), as Gouldy says, it is definately best to upgrade your dampers also.

Lol at that!

If you want to ruin your handling then go for it, otherwise you should be looking at 50mm all round max and still be changing your shocks. Do not lower 30mm more at the rear than the front unless you love understeer :P.

It doesnt even look good..........unless your going down the speedboat road....

I beg to differ, though i dont think i will be staying 90 on the rear (only because i am putting a little more weight over the back end)

You can beg if you like.

However the FACT of the matter is it WILL totally wreck any cars handling lowering it that much more at the rear and especially that of a small hatchback like the saxo.

I dont tend to agree with 60mm all round but if you went 60 front and 90 rear drove it on the same setup ie shocks and springs round a track and then used exactly the same stuff again and raised the rear beam 30mm back up to 60mm all round I PROMISE you would see an improvement.

Then raise it another 20mm all round and your good to go :P

The issue is the bump stops. Most likely -90 on the rear will sit the car on its bumpstops or at least severely limit the suspension movement, making the handling twitchy over bumps.

the suspension compresses and helps keep the tyre on the road. if you don't have any travel then your just gonna lose grip. lower at the back look shart! level or nose down ftw but not to much.

i would say 40/50 on a vt but on a flat arch needs ot be alteast 60mm at front and 70 or so on back to make it level flatarches sit 2 high lol
