Just wondering if anybody knows if 13" wheels will fit over vts brakes and such, oh and also is an offset of 32 to much?

i would say 32 offset would be too much and you may be able to find some 13'' wheels that fit but id put your money on 14''s

What would the outcome be of having to high an offset? i.e wheel wobble, not fitting etc???

thank you

Never had a problem clearing VTS brakes with any standard 13” Peugeot 106, Peugeot 205, Citroën AX and Citroën Saxo wheels though I don't recall off hand what offset they are.

Wrong offset will just make the wheel not fit. It may not clear parts of the boy work and or suspension/brake parts. It can be very unsafe if you don't have clearance.

Not so. The diameter of the wheel has very little impact on the vehicles footprint. If you looks at some of the quickest guys at sprints and hill climbs they will often be using 13” wheels.
