any guides? I have searched but found nothing..

How else could it be phrased?

I have got the grill sat here infront of me to start work on taking the slats out, mainly to get as much air in as possible to the induction kit. I have snipped the bottoms to the 3 'pillars' either side. Just have to cut the tops out, whats my best bet?
