live feed? lost completly!

Hi all, jus need a quickie, i need 2 live feeds:

1) under the front seats, like towards the passenger footwells (poss thinking of running feed form bootlight like i have already)

2) is there a live feed up in the boot skin (like powering the numberplate lights?? MUST BE!!)

1) main loom of the car is just above the passenger footwell there will be a good few live feeds in there.

2) there is indeed, multi meter to find it
