Just had a lowered vts rear axle fitted and the car is now lob sided, the passenger side is lower than the drivers side.

Now could the problem with this be that the axle hasn't been lowered correctly and its been lowered more on the passenger side than the drivers or is there any other problems that could of caused it to do this?

Second thing is the front passenger side has dropped about an inch lower aswell, but yesterday after having the rear beam fitted i went down a country lane and hit a massive pot hole, so could this of damaged anything in the front suspension causing it to drop?

Cheers for any help

got some pictures of it:

took it to a garage and he seemed to think the spring had snapped on the front

me and baz have had a look today and cant see that the spring has snapped, so could it be something to do with the shocks/dampers?

looks to me like axle hasn't been lowered correctly and you might want to get this checked out asap

could be a knackered beam.

i had the same problem with my vts. i took it for lowering and they had lowered it wrong using the spline method so my car was sat 20mm lower on one side than the other. it also made my front look very similar to yours mate even though my front end was fine. jack the car up mate at both sides at the back and measure from the top of the arch to the top of the wheel, then do the same for the other side. there is a strong chance they could be different in which case its probably the same as what happened with mine. hope this helps mate
