What is it with them? i just had a great long weekend visiting my gf at uni, come back and give the car a good clean, later on this evening i went to the car to find my car covered in f****** strawberries.
i kno its not bad or ne thin but its jus really got to me, i've had enough problems with chav t**ts before! all im thinkin now is whats next to happen to my car??! sounds like some chavs in my area have got it in for me (i have no idea why) - they were probs the ones who slashed my tyre and also broke into my car....

I live in a decent area but sadly 1 mintue up the hill and there is a council estate.. which explains the CHAVS. Its not a dodgy area at all where i live, which really suprised me when my car was broken into etc...

yeah i am sorting that out at the mo! gonna try get a decent one, jus is a bit annoying cause if i have the alarm too sensitive then it will be going off all the time - i have a few lorries going past which always sets my mates alarm off... is there ways of getting around it? lol sorry i dont know much about alarms, all i want to do is stop these T**TS but without the probs of my alarm going off when a big lorry drives past my car...

like if you are there friend they will stick up for you and your car wont get vadilised. altho they dont like goths or moshers so a dont know what to do if you are one of those but it worked for me in the past...
so just a word of advise.

Living near to a council estate with a modified car is obviously going to attract the local kids. But, that is something that cannot be helped. It happens everywhere. As Joe said, it may be wise to invest in a Cat.1 Alarm just to warn them off.

only kidding, no you cant put cctv up everywhere but if things like that are happening you should.

Technichaly, you are allowed to, i used to install them and the only things that can stop you doing it is if your neighbours dont agree with it.

If the camera shows a part of your neighbours garden/windows, they can actually sue you for braking privacy laws, but the way past that is to blank out squares through settings on the camera, and to use any evidence in court, you must have visable signs saying CCTV Systems in progress.

You can put up a dummy camera, say £20? position it so it looks like its aiming the way your car is, my garage has a camera on it with a galaxy alarm system, just because of the rolling door - no one thinks about coming near the house with the camera right abouve the alarm box. :zainy:

But then again, nothing worth stealing except gym equipment in the garage as all our cars are outside, and to get into the actually house, you have to go through a fire door.. lobby.. another door and your in another lobby >.<
