I know this aint really anything exciting but i thought id just let you guys know that ive managed to loose 2 stone in 32 weeks, i cut out all take away food and rubbish and started the gym!

Am so proud of myself for doing so well, i look and feel better!

Ditto, iam in the same boat as you, i feel 100 times better then i was when i weighed 2 stone more, i lost 1 & half stone in a 2 weeks & half a stone has just dropped off naturally as my stomach has shrunk, i eat on average 1 meal & day & naff all else.

There are also ways of losing upto half a stone a week, but thats only if you have free time, if yoy go about it the rite way you could probably lose easy 4lb a week.

if u dont mind me askin how much did ya used to weigh. i no its not the gentalman thing to ask but i aint a gentalman. i just started going back to the gym after a year since me daughter was born. need to get rid of me little keg and turn it into a 6 pack.

Go on the atkins diet, lose weight instantly, but if you have heart problems be carefull as it can kill you, my mum didnt want me to go on it but i wanted to lose the weight.

I know yatesy, but when iam hungry i have somthing small, such as a finger full of cottage cheese & it lasts me a few hours, 1 plate full of food for tea can last me till mid day the day after

If you want to lose weight naturally & healthly, then do what luara has done, get a membership at a gym & go & swet your titties off every day, or every other day, its like a new lease of life once you've lost all that weight & you will be really healthy, aslong as you stick to a healthy diet

No its ok i dont mind saying - I started off at 13st use to me mcd's, pizza's take aways etc nearly everynight but cut that out totally hardly ever drink, and go to the gym nearly 5 times a week! smileys/smiley17.gif

congrats! thats damn good got ppl in work on diest an they never lose over a stone or 2 in a year

gym is way forward! i been going all year and only lost stone BUT im doing more weights than cardio tbh so im bulking up more than anything hehe

gonna go mad on cardio for rest the year though me mate wants us do the northern run next year. plus were doing hike across part of wales for weekend

also i joined the gym too but not to loose weight just to tone up my body cause its no use haveing a great house great car great boyfriend and i look like a slob (which i dont by the way but i was on the road to becoming one tho) so i look better now and its great...

I used to work in a gym and have a 6 pack etc, but then I started working in London..... still went to the gym 5 times a week, but then I found out I had 2 hernias and I haven't been to the gym for about 2.5 years now, so have put on quite a bit of weight. I did the Atkins a little while ago and lost 9lbs in 2 weeks.

There is a massive new gym opening near me soon (January) and I have already joined, so will be attending there about 4 times a week to try and get back to the shape I use to be! smileys/smiley4.gif

well done laura, ive lost nearly 1 and a half stone in the last month due to cutting down on eating shite.

have started to do some weights and more exercise to keep off the weight.

well done chick - i started going to the gym in may and was going 5 times a week, i lost 2 stone (i managed to but im still a heffer) but fitness first was getting a bit expensive and being back in uni usually means eating and drinking more lol, i might get 1 of those home gym things

i go to gym bout 3/4 times a week used to go every day but wen u got a gf n job its hard to get down!

i go to banatynes and its 45 a month, which is classes as very expensive round here as all other gyms are around 25 a month, but banatynes is brand new and have state of the art equipment, and if u go a few times a week its only like payin 2 quid a time

i dont do much on cardio apart from swimming, but im grafting all day and i play footy 3/4 times a week

never drink and try not to eat a load of shit

we've a cross trainer at home which is a good laugh - i was with cannons but theyre off peak membership is extortionate and i work too much to go on peak! smileys/smiley13.gif

well done, i did the atkins diet for a few month and lost over a stone n a half, but its starts to come back when you stop it.
i would love too join a gym but never have time to go, would be a waste of cash.
my biggest down fall is my job, working away from home, when you come in from a 12 - 14hr shift you just want somthing quick like mac ds or pizza etc. then spend the rest of the nite drinking with the lads, nightmare.
when i go on an oil rig, the food is free and its top notch, youre not aloud to drink so you just eat instead. tut tut tut :-(

lol damo, i lost a stone but i recon i put it back on now but after my holiday im going to have to properly diet and get out on my bike more.

You don't even need a gym, just pick up an exercise bike and go on it for 15 mins about 5-6 times a week. I did that and lost 4 stones in about 4-5 months, went from almost 17st to just over 12.

well done 2 stone is alot!! i remember i lost 3 stone in 2 months due to being ill, it was horrible i couldnt even walk because am 5ft 8 and i was only 6 st 2 or summit like dat!!
