When you get to the station, fill up a jerry can of petrol and then just keep going... See how many miles you get till you run out & then empty the jerry can in & you'll know for next time ;)

I was gonna do that but then I was advised not to because it's a DIEsel.

I REALLY want to know the exact amount of miles it will do with the light on, im sure ive done about 40, May well do the jerry can thing but i recon it would probably do some damage if nothing else all the crap in your petrol tank going into your fuel filter

5 litres officially.

meaning anything from 20 miles to 80 miles depending on engine and driving style.

that's what a fuel filter is for...

and if you want to know the exact amount you need to be pretty exact on your driving style...it's about 5 litres + a safety margin.

i wil point out if your on a motorway which is like 20 miles longs and your light comes on just sit at 50 and it wont use hardly anything aslong as you dont floor it.
