Hey Peps has anyone had this problem before.
My car is squeeling like hell on the passenger side and its coming front wheel area
It only squeels between 30 -45mph when your at a constant speed or slowing down, if you start accelarating it dissappears but once you back off the gas it comes back. The other thing is it only starts doing it once the car has been running for half and hour or so, it never does it from cold. It doesn't get worst or louder when cornering or anyhting like that just the same squeeling no matter what the car is doing!!!!!
Took it to the Citroen Garage who stripped down the brakes (cos thats what the thought it was) and put em back together but no joy still makes the noise. took it to a Peugoet garage and they said they can hear it but can't trace it (checked wheel bearings etc)which was useful!!!!
Someone help its driving me mad!!! smileys/smiley19.gif someone mentioned could be a driveshaft in a disscussion i read months back any truth to this?!!!
Oh the car is a Y plate mk2 VTR lowered 35mm on PI springs. It was doing it before i had it lowered and it does it just the same now so i'm sure the drop hasn't affected it
Cheers
