i was asking a generally question

i am a warden in halls and i said i would organise a trip up there

the onsite hotels are REALLy expensive

i went on coach trip and we stayed in a hotel in derby, was only about half hour drive, i know there is a travel inn or lodge about 10 minutes from it but think gets book up pretty quick, that type of place is usually always pretty cheap. smileys/smiley4.gif

there is travelodge in uttoxetter about 5 miles from alton towers and its £26

how many per roomwe were looking at trains

think they do family rooms, up to 4 probs would have said, train would be pain in arse if ya want cheap accomodation cos it pricey in direct area, need to go bit further out but thenn there a problem of gettin to park from where you stay!
