Had a shit afternoon... here goes... i'll try and make it extra short. ealier on i put a post about chavs.. they covered my car in food n a few things happened but heres whats happened now -

the chav to**ers drove past and covered me and my car in eggs - i was cleanin it at the time cause they egged it earlier today. i was totally covered in egg, the car also covered. my neighbours witnessed all of this - they ordered me to go straight to the police. drove there covered in egg etc. got to police station - told them what happened (whilst i was telling them the story, the pricks drove past - so the policeman wrote down their no plate) policeman said to go bak home, take pics of car and myself for evidence. went home, took pics of the car and myself smileys/smiley9.gif - whilst i was takin pics of the car, they drove past and got out, started running at me. as there were a few of them (chavs are always in groups) i ran into my house. when i came back out a bit later on, they were sittin outside in their car - they gave me a load of abuse, thretened me and drove off. so i was having none of it and went to the police station. the suprise was, when i got to the police station the chavs were there!! they were saying that i have been chucking eggs at them and all this crap. the driver has been given a warning - if nethin else happens then the car will be siezed and will have to pay £200 - think it was called a section 59? not positive on the number. the blokes who threw the eggs will be proceeded with, dunno whats gonna happen. they cannot be arrested for this tho. they will take statement from me on friday/saturday.

Now i am shitting it, because the chavs were not happy at all about me going to the police. they will deff try and do something back smileys/smiley13.gif
what do u lot think about it, shall i try and get them in as much shit as possible or wat??

yeah im so pissed off at the moment! is annoying cause i dont want it to affect my gf's birthday 2moro! will have to keep my car out of sight, but whos to say they wont come back in a few months when i think it has 'died down'.

I honestly can't believe the bad luck you are having with these so-called 'chavs'.

What I would like to know is do they only target you and your car? Do they cause any damage to any other cars along the street? Surely your saxo is not the only one within the area? Or, do they know that you love your car and that they know how much time you spend on it, that they just want to cause you grief!?!

I know some people that have also experienced if first hand and it has caused them to move away. But you shouldn't let people like that cause you so much grief. The police can be co-operative on some occasions, but they probably have more run in's with these chavs as it is.
As somebody has said before, how old are they? Are they too young to be arrested, etc...?

People say that if you walk away and ignore then the problems will go away. But, the only way to walk away from these kind of minor attacks is to move away. But, that (as already said before) is not the way to live.

Yeah i really have had a bad run of luck!! regarding my car broken into, tyre slashed etc - i don't know anyone else in my area who has had any problems. maybe this is a sign of jealousy....

They have been causing many problems around here, a lot of people have been hit with eggs and strawberries etc by the people in this car. If one more complaint is made, the police will seize the car and the driver will have to pay a £200 fine.

The chavs ages are roughly 17-18-19 (one is deff 18+ as he has been inside!)

I hope i would never have to move away because of something like this. It is just annoying because i do not feel so 'safe' now, knowing that some chavs (that have it in for me) know where i live etc. Obviously due to previous experiences the build up of incidents has got me really pi**ed off!

latest news.. just came from the ladies. when i was 2 minutes away from my house i was going to stop off at the local shop but the bloody chavs were standing outside their car... they chucked some sort of food at my car (made a hell of a bang so was prob an apple or something). what shall i do? the police made an appointment yesterday with me to go in tomorrow (saturday) to make the statement. do you think i should try and get them done for this? i don't think the police can do much about it.. i jus wish it would die down! sounds like a real shitter now, tipical police dont want to no, i remember last year when my fioncee's sister got atacked and the women was stood outside the hoyuse shouting abuse at 2am the police got a phone call and guess what they didnt turn up, then they were suposed to come and take a statement the day after and again they didnt turn up. so she had to go to the police station to make a statement.

Sorry going back to your threating section 59! this is a power that was introduced to seize and impound vehicles. This section is exacuted most in the use of mini motos (kids who rid them in the park),with no safety gear on, the mini moto for example is stopped, the details of it is recorded, and if a second offence is committed then the mini moto is seized, and taken away to the police lock up....getting it back is another problem...........

hmm, not alot you can do about this without conflict.....chavs being chavs will now have something against you for a while, i know it may not be the best way but maybe going up to them and talking with them asking what have you actually done?!
