through "good recommendation" from one of my mums friends, as she had some damage fixed at a very low price, i went to this place called scuffbusters (www.scuffbusters.com) to get a quote to fix the damage on my car as seen in pics.

not much damage really, just the bumper needs re securing to sit flush and a small dent taken out in the wing so the wheel arch can sit flush, and i thought a professional would do a much better job than me. So the bloke came out to have a look and just blurts out "£300 - 350 mate" . i thought that was a fuck of a lot of money and said i was expecting it to be £100 max! i told him i could probs fix most of it myself its just the dent i would had trouble with so he told me to go to this place called dent rewind.

I got there and again this bloke came out to have a look. he then tells me he would do the whole lot to get the car looking as new again for £75 plus vat! :A: so i think i no where i will be going! how the fuck can there be that much of a difference in quotes?!

surely the first guy was gonna charge ya for new parts for it or somethin for a quote like that. the damage doesnt look bad, my uncle had a lot worse and wasnt quoted half that much of the original.

hope it gets sorted without problems anyway mate :y:

were i was at on work experience, if they thought it wasn't worth doing / thought you were getting quotes for an insurance repair they would feed them bullshit so they went elsewhere

They would quote new genuine parts

Front bumper £80
Wing £80
Paint £100
then + labour
