Just wondering what car magazines people buy/read on here??

I used to buy the FastCar Mag but ive grown out of all the show/styling mods with big ass body kits etc... Now i buy the French Car Mag :y:

Otherwise, i jsut use the internet. :)

french car mag is probably the shittest car mag going, i have lost faith in them big time when i have spoken to people who have had their cars featured, i don't think i could believe another article they write on someones car.

i pick up fast car now and then but thats only when im bored with nowt to do. other than that theres nothing that really tickles my fancy

Evo and Autocar are both on subsription and I usually pick up classic and sports car when i'm feeling flush and think (wrongly) that chucking £10k at a classic heap would be a smart move

Car Mechanics.

They do projects of repairing cars, have a trader stories section, Q&A, News etc. It's quite interesting actually.

They recent bought an '04 Skoda Octavia with 199k on the clock, sweet as a nut - did some work on it and now a company pool car.

I've bought Fast Car a couple of times, cos a cruise i organised was in one. And my mates had a couple of his cruisers featured in Fast Car! Otherwise none! :P Ok mag ftw!

car mags arent really worth the money they charge imo
and the internet is much better for getting exactly what you want :)

tbh i used to buy maxpower and redline etc, but i dont now, cba, plus at £4.75 a mag they can get fecked :D

I get Redline mag most months, pretty good mag mainly on perfomance, get fast car just for a gander if am bored.

Got a few issues of Performance french car, when thiers a good saxo feature in, but tbh i find it boring and theirs not much in it :n:

I have nearly every single issue of redline, missed the first 3 but i have every month from then, sad realy. I love the mag though. Not chavy, full of decent high powered non fibregash cars.

I buy one if it looks interesting nowadays. Used to buy Fast Car and PFC religiously, but PFC is a waste of £4odd tbf and Fast Car isnt always brill either. Tbf though, Fast car is probably the best nowadays. I like to see abit of variety, and thats what they do. They're up for crazy styling, performance modded cars, euro cars, ice cars... the lot.

Subscribed to PFC (or I was:s) and the others I just buy if they look any good that month.
