hi, i have some light dents on my bonnet that appear to hav just got there when things have fallen out of trees ie conkers.

does anyone know if i can use body filler to get these dents to appear as if they are not ther? how much is it and can I do it myself?

Are there any other alternatives i can use to get the dents out without replacing the whole bonnet!? cheers

if they're small, you might be able just to pull them out with a bodywork suction pad.

should be able to get one from a motor factor or halfords etc. usually only cost about £15-£20 if i remember correctly.

ok, and are they good- I have just seen one here (http://www.tooled-up.com/Product.asp?PID=91781) for £3.49, is that good and what you mean? also, if i were to get rid of these dents and get some more back over the next few years is it harmful to keep doing it?

yer i suppose, cheers all. can i ask, is that the one you were on about though, because i mean you said that they are meant to cost £15-£20 but they were only £3 ish so is there much differecne between that one and the one you were on about?

also, do you know if its bad to use it on the same area again, i have some other small dents on my bonnet and will want to get rid of them too if any come back

I'm not sure if the suction things will work for tiny dents. They only seem to work on large dents in the bodywork.

But for £3 quid, its prob worth a go, and if it doesn't work its alays handy for the future!
