Quick Lowering Help

Car got broken into the other day and whilst its in the garage i thought its a good time to get this thing lowered.(Finally!!!) I'm Just a bit stuck by how much. I don't wanna go too low (cos i want the best handling and i live on a road with bumps), but i do want it to look good. Can anyone lower this pic 45mm and 55mm please. smileys/smiley9.gif

if u wana keep the handling - go 40 with springs and shocks

if you wana put it on its arse - go 60 with springs and shocks
