Saxo 1.1 P reg brakes gone help please

My girlfreind has a saxo 1.1 P reg last night the brakes were jumping a bit and today did it a bit more until something went snap or pop and now pratically have no brakes at all. Since we bought the car the brakes werent fantastic but just did the job any help on what the problem could be and how much will cost to repair or if not too mind boggling repair it myself.

i had the same problem with my 1.0 r reg saxo, does the pedal go straight to the floor when u press it, if so check for leaks at the rear drum brakes as the cylinders can burst, i would say check for all round leaks and check how much pad material is left at the front the simple solution may be new discs and pads

Break fluid has leaked is what i'm guessing, failing that. The servo coudld have gone pop.

first off check fluid levels if low then obviously have a leak. Checkt he rear drums the cylinders are known to die on them, other than that check all brake lines and flexi hoses and replace were needed
