Unlocking N95

need my N95 unlocking to accept foreign sim cards. phoned T-mobile, they said it would be £15.00 and could take upto 28 days, anybody else know any other ways how to do it? which would be quicker and cheaper? I heard you could download software or something to do it.

Depends what phone it is n95 or the n95 8gb? and u have to also find out what firmware your running which can be checked like this: *#0000# and just check the version but u cant unlock a N95 at home has to be done with the proper software or the phone will stop working and if its a n95 with the old version u could probably get it done for a fiver mate and it only takes 5 mins to do
