can't see any problems but it is a bit of an arse and a little time consuming, you will find it a bit easier if you wet the wrap before you start

Theyve been known to crack as the metals quite thin on them

i really dont know why people bother tbh...
heatwrap is generally expencive,
also metal is a extremly good conductor of heat therefor wrapping it up in heatwrap all you are basically doing is cooking the manifold.
making it last shorter periods of time due to cracking etc.

Reason is the whole point of uprating the exhuast system is to speed up the exhaust gasses, whilst keeping reasonable backpressure etc. When you heatwrap it the speed of the gasses increases therefore increasing performance. But on cheaper fannymoulds like the RL it fucks em up. Makes the exhaust much more raspy too. If you know where to get it, eg ebay lol, its cheap as chips too, bout 15 posted.

But its like fifty quid lol. And heatwraps heatwrap, it wont rot and it wont fray if you wrap it properly.
