Power steering not working with a ticking sound from the cabin fuse box

Hi all, wondered if somebody could help sort out the issue that my power steering appears to have stopped and I am hearing a ticking sound from the cabin side fuse box. along with that is the battery warning light lights up in time with the ticking. Is this a fuse needing replacing or something more sinister? All help would be appreciated!!

could be the relay, although its not in the car, its in the bay.

I will dig out my manual when I get home (stuck at work at the mo) and figure out which one it is, unless of course someone can tell me?
