similar problem to loose backbox but not sure

ive had my saxo 3 months now, i got the car of an elderly lady who never took it out of third gear.
it seems now whenever i go past 50 the rear rubber hanging thingy rattles loose and detaches itself from the car making my exhaust hang low.
it wouldnt bother me to much as it does make the car sound like it has an aftermarket backbox but its costing me a fortune on fuel just cause it hangs low.
its really starting to annoy me and i was just wondering if anyone else has this problem and if there is a way i can stop it from keep happaning.

if those exhaust hangers have tension (which they should have) and hangers are on the mounts correctly they shouldnt come loose, maybe try changing the hangers for some new ones
