hi, just a question whats the lowest profile tyre size i can fit to standard vtr alloys?

if you put a lower profile on the 14 inch rim you wil have some issues
1 the cars speedo will be inacurate and ovr read
2 you will need to l;ower the car more to get the car to look lowered (as in the wheels to the arches)
3 the car will sit closer to the floor meaning if you do lower it youll get severely reduced ground clearance
however its not all bad as the smaller tyre wil give a better acceleration

thanks for that advice mate, was spot on, im due for an mot soon and i know i need 2 tyres so was thinkin of uprading the whole 4, what tyre makes do people recommend then, ive heard firestone are good, and toyo etc. any other preferences? and also shud i just stick to 185 55 14s?

185 45 14 r good tyres and grip well but i dint reli notice the differance much to be honest

Go with a well known brand u get what u pay for ive got michelins on the front and firestones on the back
