Looking at the reg number, it was orginally registered in Brighton...that may hold a clue...

Pardon!?! Do you work for HPI or something? Or do UPS have their own registration plate tracking system?

cant you tell from the last three letters where it was registered?
DevilDamo
11th October 2005, 20:56
I thought the last three letters were just made up letters. I didn't think it had anything to do with where the car was registered smileys/smiley5.gif
MikeCracknell

You can... WV and AP are some of the ones from Brighton.
Like any car before T plate, and most after, if it has an S in the last 2 letters it is Scottish

the last three letters of a plate dont tell you place of registration. The last three letters are and always have been random on both the new and old style plates.
Its only on the new plates where the first two letters tell you the cars registering place.

It is a shame to see it like that.
I have to say the kit is very nice but the arches at the rear spoil the look if your looking at it from behind.

wasnt the smash a before picture? so maybe thats why the price is so cheap!
Certi

No its not a before pic as in the description it says..."NOW THE CAR HAS BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT AND REQUIRES SOME WORK TO BE PUT BACK ON THE ROAD"
I'm not sure that car is the 1 from Stirling tho. There was a post on falkirkcruise.net the other week from someone saying that it had been repsrayed blue smileys/smiley5.gif
