What this man said. When fitting new pads/ discs you retract the pistons - a couple of pumps of the pedal and they should be touching the pads again.

Are the rear pads clipped into the pistons corrently? You need to wind the rears back in and then line the notch on the pad up with the piston so it slides into place.

i will take the pads out and double check, how would that cause the pedal to go strait to the floor tho?

Not too sure bud. My thought was maybe a piston/ caliper is siezed. I'd double check the pads - see if the piston is making contact with the back of them and that the calipers can slide.
Everything look ok at the fluid reservoir under the bonnet?

Probably makes no difference, but did you try pumping the pedal with the engine running?

you mite have F***ed the master cylinder. not sure if its common on saxo's but i can happen when u push the piston back the pressure of the brake fluid could have brokeededed a seal.
