As a continuation from the spitfire thread i posted a few weeks back i thought i would put up a small selection of pages from a book i made called 'Remembered'. The book is based around war and remembrance and features the remembrance parade at the cenotaph, the spitfire, memorials and my grandad and his memories of the war.

Enjoy

cheers

James

To Jungle_Jim - excellent post, evocative pictures. Very well done sir.

My grandad was a POW in Changi Prison. Emotional stuff.

The Changi Prison was an horrific place. The barbarity of the Japanese captors defies belief.

I read through that thanks, I am lucky that my Grandad came home, I try not to go to deep into information about Changi Prison, dont think i could handle it very well.
