Had my car lowered 2 days ago, looks great but one thing i have noticed is when i go over bumps slowly it creeks/squeeks like from the front shocks. Is this normal?
Is there a bed in time?

Bought these from Kamracing, its the apex kit.
Cheers

it might just be everything settling back in mate. if you can imagine and the bushes get use to been around the same position and get worn to that place. Then that changes and might cause small issue like this

So if i leave it a while it should all settle down?

Thanks

Bought the apex kit from kam, which was £205. Then to get it all fitted and all cost me £150

should bed in, sounds like your top bushes or your bottom arms/ anti roll bar bushes, just cos there in a different position to what they used to be in, spray some WD40 on any bush you can see. Lube + Bush = satisfaction!

Lube + Bush = satisfaction!

Probably the best quote ive seen for a while lol

On a serious note i know someone who has the apex kit fitted to his car too and was/is experiencing the same problem.

A few people say it can take a while to bed in properly, maybe a couple of weeks, he's just past a week and at present its still doing it.

Everything is tight as it should be and bushes/mounts are in good condition, so assuming that there is perhaps a longer bed in time with this kit

Lol willsy

It has settled down a bit now and isnt so squeeky. A guy from down the road stopped me last week and said my car was squeeky lol.
Thanks for all your comments :y:

dont worry the squeeks will soon be drowned out by the rattles... hehe
