if your having problems with the torsion bars, soak them in rust off, grab a friend, get him to try removing the torsion bar with the pulling, or slide hammer technique on one side while you go round the other side with a hammer and a drift, and as he is pulling, you whack it as hard as you can.

thats what i had to do with mine anyway :wall:

yer its all done now mate the torsion bars were a piece of piss to get out took about 5 mins per torsion, it was actually the torx screws and washers that were being pain, well the two that are on the inside side of the torsion if you get me, was quite a fiddle to get out too lol but the t bar i just got a lump hammer and a good sized bar gave a couple of hits then used socket and bolt and came out straight away which i was very suprised about since the bolts were being such a pain lol

cheers for advice though guys
