The guys on here with stripped saxo's, when you have put car through MOT with rear stripped, has it passed okay aslong as the rear seatbelts are removed completly and no rear seats fitted?

well i havent mot'd mine but rang the mechanic i use and he said it will pass fine (is going in on thurs). aslong as their are no seats there is no requirement for the belts mate

the rule is if it has rear seats it needs belts, if theres no seats it doesnt matter if theres belts or not

I once had a mini fail for defective passenger seat belt.....removed said belt and seat...passed . LOL
