engine cuts off

hi iv just got a 52 reg saxo 1.4 furio and the engine has started totaly cutting off while i am driveing and then turnes over but wont fire up however after 5 mins or so it will start fine and drive fine, its happend about 5 times in the last week, it happend once then i got it serviced and new cam belt the next day so i hoped that would sort it but it has started again, i was told it was maybe the immobiliser however iv just had a diagnostics test done and it has no fault codes!! any one had the same problem and got any advice??? help much appreciated

Tricky one mate i had a simaler problem had loads of
people look at it,after spending to much money me and
a mate decided to rip out the whole alarm system and
put a secondhand one in and bingo running till this day
an intermitant brake is very hard to find,hope this info helps.

well the alarm doesnt seem to be working mate, wen i push the button the central locking works but there is no flash of the indicators to say the alarm has armed, cud this be part of the same problem? people have said maybe the coil pack? fuel filter? idle control? bad earth? and just try and reset the ecu
