u could just try and poke something into the hole on the fob to open the car the now, you'll probably need to go to citroen to get a replacement fob. or just use ur key to open the door lol.

No need for a new one:y:
If you have lost the piece of rubber that was once there you can do what i did which was to:-
Get an actual rubber and cut out a small cylinder type shape so that it will fit in the circle and just stick out the top a little so it acts as a new button.
Then put a circle of insulating tape over the new button to hold it in place then you could leave it as that, or you could go the whole way and cover the whole front of you fob with to strips of insulating tape like i did:y:

if you buy a new one you will need to get this coded to your car.

before anyone says you can code them yourself ive tried many links and never found one that will work. One day i might so the search will continue

this has got to be your best bet, just put the guts from your fob into it. Dead easy to do only clips in

Hi guys thanks so much for the replys i brought a shell of ebay and received it today im now transfering the old to new but the problem is at the top of the remote where the buttons are i have like a small block and i think its for the sensor but how do i get that out into the new one without breaking the sensor as it looks to be sealed. i noticed on my old remote i have like a block thats cut out where the sensor is on my new fob i got i hasn't got a cut out. What the hell do i do. I have uploaded some photos as well.

this is my old remote

you can see that the sensor part at the top in the new remote casing has no cut to place the sensor in. Has anyone got any info on what i can do or and help . Thanks again really appreciate it.

When its back together it might have lost its code because when i changed my battery it lost the code, all you have to do is open the door with the key and within 30 seconds press the big button twice and thats a recoded key fob.
Also if the sensor wont budge then cant you just put the new top onto the old bottom as its the top thats broken?

wasnt hard open up the fob and undo 1 clip, turn upside down and press the a button.. the bored will fall out easy... put circuit bored in new fob with the panasoinc cr1620 battary on the other side.... then all u have to do is unlock the car with the key and press the a button twice... hope this helps
