Speakers

Got A question, i ripped my standard speakers out of my front door, but then found out my 6-6 1/2 were nt goign to fit, i obv need the same size as the original ones, what is the standard size for them, i just want to know so i can get looking on the web for some...Thanks

5 1/4 iirc

presume this is the same for the back speakers right?

Front speakers are 13cm
Rear speakers are 10cm

cheers, the front and back speakers dont have to be the same make do they, example i seen some FLI's i like for the front and some PIONEER for the rear

i have 6's in my original speaker holes

yer i have rele good JBL's there 6.5's but the place i went to said there no way of fitting them in there, i would obv have to cut some of the door to fit, pain in ass seen as there good, might jyst put them on parcel shelve

oh i did cut a little bit of metal out actually come to think of it. no harm done though
