2 stereos in 3 months

I had a car crash 3 months ago and when i went to go move it suprise suprise some bastered tried nicking my stereo:wall:, they didnt get it out but smashed it up so i couldnt use it, but any way . I didnt mind 2 much as my girl freind bout me a ripspeed flip up dvd player ( touch screen ):y: and basicly i got my car back yesterday from the garage they just put a vtr engine in:homme: i went out to my car this morning and my door was open the knob head stole my stereo again:panic::panic::panic:. any one got any ideas to catch theses basterds ??:wall::wall:

not many ways to catch em really get a cctv camera in it

I they want something they will have it, theres not alot you can do. You're best off trying to deter the theives by - taking the facia off the HU, having an alarm with visual warning i.e flashing LED, and leave your car in a well lit and visable area. Also, if you don't keep stuff in your glovebox, leave it open because thats where most people put their HU facias

cctv is the way forward to catch these, you'll see who's doing it then catch them red handed :y:
