Mine didn't have the inner wheel arches when I bought the car & the wet & muck came all up the inside of the doors & made my passenger side door stick as even though I kept oiling them when it was wet with all the muck going up it kept drying them out.

I've recently fitted new ones from Citroen itself as was surprised how cheap they were - just over £30 for the pair.

I do have I think a Driver side one I bought off ebay if you want it?

mine passed with the nsf arch liner missing, it failed because the osf was in there lol!
without them you get crap everywhere, inside the doors, under the headlights, round the joins in the wing and everywhere under the bonnet
