got this at the week end its had quite a lot of work done but some bodged stuff and its been nothing but trouble :( do like the why it looks and drives(when its working) Ingnore the bonnet being lifted at the rear(old owners mod) changed it as soon as i got home.

looks good mate def lose the bonnet lifters and maybe colour code the wing mirrors :)

Mate that is stunning! What spoiler n wheels u got on? I wouldnt change anything on it!

yeah bonnet lifter was bodged with extra bolts!! removed it today. looks loads better already just need to sort out the engine problems.

Mate that is stunning! What spoiler n wheels u got on? I wouldnt change anything on it!

not sure on the spolier but they are 306 alloys

Nice motor, Only bit i'm not sure abt is the focus side repeaters, But other than that :y:

This was some lads on 106 owners wernt it? started of as a 1.0l inca i think.

What problems are you having with it?

yeah i got it off a guy after that. but he was a bodge artist!

the list of problems:
1:revs to high sits at 3k
2:gear box fells slopy
3:hand brake leaver welds snaped (crapy welds)
4:he snaped the oil breather part that goes into the top black box(not sure what it is?)
5:cant turn in full lock (to low)
6:bad wiring will never have a stero again!
7:rad fan fitted off a ford? badly done!
8:has newer model gti seats/dash/door cards/clocks but been fitted with wood screws?
9:drivers side electric window is slow(also badly wired in)
10:on the ingnition the key doesnt return by its self so have to turn it back one click when started.
11:rear arches need rebonding and the front bumper is missing some bolts!

probly more i havent even noticed yet! :wall:

oh and need to sort out a center box or somthing to quite down the exhast is bloody loud.

great looking mk1 that is mate, and loving how clean your engien bay is to. i gota get mine done ;)
