Right im having problems trying to mesh my grill.. If i place the mesh imbetween like on the pics in the HOW TO GUIDE then it makes the grill thicker which would mean the grill wont sit flush with the car. So i thought about meshing across the back off the overall grill but i will still have the same problem because it will push the grill away from the screw holes. Anyone know how to get around this?? and pics would be good.

Cheers

Should be able to just mesh over the back mate.

Just cut it so it sits just on the edge of the grille.

The screws will pull it flush.

See if you can cut it so the holes in the mash match up with the screws.

now i have my grill all ready to be glued together but cannot do it... i see that everyone is saying glue the mesh to the back of the entire grill, but how do you get the mesh to sit flush with the grill?? because the grill steps out half way down each side..
