Agreed. Customer service is shite. Mine is up for renewal in a few weeks and i'm never going with bell again !

When i crashed on my mums policy took over 3weeks for them to sort the car out.

When my sister had an accident, with bell, they were brill car repaired within 1 week, courtesy car! 10 times better then diamond etc!!!

cool, i aint worried about me crashing its people crashing into me. i never been with them so i cant say what there like myself only read reviews and haven't really come across any good ones.

my g/f is wit bell and she has no problems cheap as chips too £400 for full comp insurance :y: lol so no probs yet

Nothing wrong in my experience.

Second year running with them, got a renewal through - it was more than what I had been quoted elsewhere, they matched it and gave me free third party extentsion plus very low APR for paying monthly. Customer service has always been fine everytime I changed my car or reg plates.

Hoping they come up with something again this year.

well i have had no problems tbf...

Got a claim on going at the moment for sumone who hit the back of me but is claiming i reversed into her...

Happend in november and the last i heard for the begining of december......

corsa is insured with them. gti-6 was insured with them aswell. when i phoned up to cancel it i was asked why dont i just put the policy on hold?? wtf i just wanted to cancel it....idiots. oh and they asked if i wanted brake down cover aswell, said i already had it then they said oh but its only £24. needed to explain twice that i had brake down cover and wasnt interested

Haha the worst thing is when you ring up to buy it and they ask you what extras you want....

At the time I was poor and couldnt afford legal assistance etc so i said no....the bloke
then attacked me! Saying 'Oh so you dont care the fact that if someone takes you to court you could lose thousands, tell me why you dont want it, I think its silly not to"

Really annoying, odds are you dont need half the shat they try n sell on as extras

they wer good until i foned them up the other day to get a quote for a vtr, and he tried to change my policy, after all i said was i wanted a quote, he also tried to sell me breakdown cover which i already have and he couldnt speak a word of english. ther part of admiral. which is admiral,elephant and bell
