Pumps probably on the way out Josh, give it a little tap (lightly) with a spanner or something if it goes off, it'll work again, but it will eventually die and you'll need a replacement.
£50-£80 quid from a scrappy give or take

I need to check the fuse on my Saxo for the power steering. Does any one have a fuse board lay out or know what fuse it is, as i have no hand books.

Is your heating and heated rear screen working? Fuses are located in the flap passenger side of your dash and also on the passenger side under the bonnet, first things first though, car running, give the pas tank a smack with a spanner n see if it cuts back in, if not stop the engine n take the black plastic trim off from around the steering wheel, disconnect n reconnect the 3 2pin plugs, i think they're black grey n brown, this should get rid of the fault for a while
