The time has come when i HAVE to buy a new set of alloys in order to get my car through its m.o.t, ive no money at all so iam having to borrow £2k off my grand parents which will hopefully buy a new set of alloys, get my kit sprayed up & insure the car, i want to spend £350 at the most on a brand new set of alloys, ive come accross these for £299.96 for a set of four alloys with tyres, they are TSW Lightning, i dont know the exact specs of the sizes, all it says is they are 6x15, so obviously they are 15", will they fit my saxo perfectly & also what do you people think of them, are they shit? or are they ok? opinions please people

buy a cheap set of vtr/s rims, i wouldnt bother with cheap aftermarket alloys! not worth the paper theyr printed on!

and smileys/smiley3.gif borrowed 2k from your grandparents to modify a car? thats verging on shameful!

I really want a set of Wolfrace Mantis's, but i'd have to get some decent brake discs & paint my calipers.

I'am after borrowing £2k off my grandparents, wether they will lend it me i dont know + i'd pay it all off in about 3 months, its just i really need to get my car back on the road

only 125 quid more. Not that much in the scheme of things. It's best to buy the ones that you want now or you'll regret it forever smileys/smiley13.gif

why not get a loan for 2k in stead of grandparents they pay it back in 3 months?

I wouldnt be able to get a loan with my credit history as i dont have one really, i dont get a wage every week, i get a wage once ive done 40 hours work which is anything between 2 & 3 weeks, unless ive been working away, & to top it off the stupid bank wont give me a switch card so i doubt they will give me a loan.

I'll have a look at them urban racers soon
