Urgeant Help Needed!!

Well I went to go to work this morning, got in my car and started it(I always put on a few revs as my ICV is playing up and doesnt idle properly) and as soon as I took my foot off the accelerater pedal it cut out...tried it a few more times and the same thing happened! So I had to walk my arse to work.

Please HELP!!

Its just stuck there and need it sorted
