LOL, just noticed last nite that they are still scrubbing a bit, need to get the grinder out again this afternoon!!

LOL im at corus steel works tomorrow, friday possibly saturday. then scotland monday, off tuesday, then offshore on a rig for 2weeks starting wednesday (i love helicopter rides smileys/smiley2.gif ).

My uncle does the exact same job as you (i think but its gott abe along the same lines as it)

he goes off around the world plenty of times doing plans for laying pipeworks down an stuff

i think i remember him saying his latest trip was to Poland for a month and then off to Russia in a few days or something and its to do with connecting oil lines together or something smileys/smiley5.gif

yep its great. i machine the ends of the pipes (high pressure connections) on site when they are damaged. we also cut the pipes and prep them for welding. and tighten all the bolts up on the flanges and clamps when we are finished smileys/smiley2.gif mainly oil and gas lines
