Electrical Fault

Hi all, im hoping someone can help

Im looking at buying a saxo and it has an electrcal fault. The windows / indicators and stereo all do not work.

When the person changed the fuse smoke started coming out of the wingmirror adjustor?

Any ideas? Is it easy to fix?

is it basic model sax or the vtr/s ?

I would say definately would need the dash out to see the bigger picture. And take the doorcard off, then take it from there.

Its a VTS ?

Are the three things connected together in some way?
