just noticed i may have a slow puncture at the back left, was just wondering what a garage would charge to check and fix it untill i can get some money for new tyres (changing them anyway in summer).

you may have a nail in your tyre, but it might also be rim leakage. Shouldnt be more than 15-20 to sort it out unless you need a new tyre :D

ive checked for anything in the tyre but its clean. its not to bad, goes from 32 down to 24 in like 4 and a half weeks, but want to get it sorted sooner than later

check your valve core is screwed in tight mate

it will most probably be rim leakage then, get a garage to take the tyre off, clean the alloy rim and put tyre back on

how do they check for slow punctures as they could prob do that while the wheel is off. cheers for the replies btw

when we were patching up a land rover tyre we sprayed it with water to see where the bubbles were coming from
