best way to remove inner roof lining

what is the best way to do this, thinking of recovering it.

need to remove the A,B,C pillars.. remove sun visors, grab handles and sunroof handle/interior light. Remove the top of the seals from the doors and windows.. then gently prize it off as its glues on in places.

I think thats about it.

yer as above but jiggle it from both front sides and boot so it doesnt bend and snap
