car not running well!!!!

basically this happens everyday when im driving to work... basically arr be driving along and get too a rounderbout or junction or something and change down the gears and when i pull away its almost like theres no power going to the engine or well anywhere in the car, and the car like jults untill theres power and i pull away...

HELP!!!!!
