Approximately how long should it take a qualified mechanic/garage etc to lower my car with new springs and dampers, and the torsion bar to 50mm ?

How long is a peice of string?
Depends on loads of things. If the bars are siezed, if they have done them before. I'd say 3 or 4 hours but could easilly be longer.
