not sure where the project thread is so ill post it here and if some one can more it please cheers :y:
well its a 1.1 TGE 5 door 5 speed G reg
plan is;
inside
quickshift kit
lowered 60mm all round with
vtr frnt legs
vtr rear disc axel
brakes
gti 6 calipers
266mm discs out frnt .
rimage
306 14" steelies.
power ...
vtr engine
vtr fuel pump
vtr fpr
raceland 4-2-1 manifold

Why bother with a vtr engine mate? Might aswell drop a vts lump in it whilst your getting down and dirty

Sounds good mate. GTi6 calipers are 283mm and wont go under 14" steels though. Youll need 266mm ones from a 206 GTi. Or a berlingo or 306 DT, loads of options

cheers for comment guys and soz my mistake the calipers ive got are 206 gti calipers. dunno why i put git6. shud be fitting the rear axle and frnt struts this weekend or beginin of next week if all goes well.

Now i can understand your wanting a sleeper, and i cant kind of understand choosing something a bid different from the norm, but would it not have been better starting off with ... i dunno, an AX GT? At least the car will look respectively decent, but using your base as a 5 door, it will always look shat.

good luck tryin to find a ax gt ... also it will be the only 5 door ax with a vtr in the country.

fuck the vtr engine off, its not worth it at all.. get a decent vts engine it will be worth it
